Virtual Personal Training

Need just a little workout help?
With so many more people out on trails, exercising and moving in our community, I feel compelled to find a way to serve and support beyond my ongoing remote fitness offerings. 

I know how!

For those who just need a “little” help, I’m offering 30 min Virtual custom personal training/planning sessions.
 
How can I help you in 30 minutes?
  • Design a training plan to safely add running to your walk without injury
  • Give you a bunch of exercises you can do with only the equipment you have at home
  • Create a custom training plan of what exercise to do on which days
  • Teach you how to use your foam roller and stretch
  • Create a water aerobics workout you can do in your backyard pool
  • Whatever your challenge, let’s work together to create a plan for you!
 
30 minutes for $30
Your 30 min personal session includes a written summary/plan
Sessions can be via Zoom or Facetime
