This team is completely online! You have the flexibility to do the workouts anytime/ anywhere with the support of weekly accountability checkins with your personal trainer. A stand alone option or a great addition to local teams. Details here... Run/Walk Team Start 2020 with a goal! Train for a 5K, 10K or Half Marathon at The Running of the Elk. Runners and Walkers of all abilities should expect support from teammates, training from experienced coaches and lots of fun along the way. You can even go from nadda to a strong 5K with the 5K from Scratch program. Pilates/ Yoga Team Build whole body strength, balance and flexibility with a focus on the core muscles in this mat based mind/body workout. Focus on functional exercise so you can DO more in life. We meet at various parks in Elk Grove with playgrounds, until weather sends us indoors to Sunshine Event Center. Kids are welcome but not required.
