Progress Report
This is an assessment to see where you are today. We will redo this assessment at the start and at the end of the season, giving you #'s to the progress you make in strength. It will take less than 20 minutes to complete
You'll need:
- a bench/stable chair/bottom step
- watch with a timer
Before you begin, watch the video on how each exercise is performed.
March or walk for 5 minutes to warm up.
Set your timer for 1 minute.
Do as many squats as you can in one minute with perfect form, even if you have to stop to rest and start again during the time.
Write down the # completed and difficulty below.
Rest for no more than 1 minute.
Repeat for each exercise.
Once you have completed this progress report I will review it within 48 hours and add you to the private Facebook group and give you access to our online video page. Here we go!
