This "Be Ok" themed womens retreat will focus on gratitude and finding strength through life. We all know this takes effort, community and practice.
Let's come together to enjoy being outside in a beautiful place, completing a run or walk event, yoga, learning from other awesome women, mindfulness, enjoying delicious food, shopping, enjoying the ocean... and the first step is registering today! Limited spaces available. Pismo lodging books up early. |

- City to Sea Half Marathon & 5K* - walk or run
- Train with Keep Moving Mama in Elk Grove or virtually*
- Half marathon from San Luis Obispo to Pismo Beach (16 min mile pace or under)
- 5K along the ocean in the Pismo area (19 min mile pace or under)
- Team registration code to come
- Seaside yoga
- Foam Roller clinic
- Gratitude practice
- Pick and choose or do them all
- Beautiful townhomes in Pismo Beach
- Walking distance to Pismo shops and restaurants
- Sleep in a twin bed, bunk or share a queen, shared bathrooms

Fine print: Please note that this group lodging is prepaid based on your registration and cannot be cancelled. Items for the retreat are preordered and planning a fabulous retreat for you starts now. In the event you need to cancel, we will attempt to fill your spot and if another women can attend we will refund your payment minus $150 fee.
